The Fiesta Asia is back again for 2007, right in the heart of nation’s capital, along Pennsylvania Ave., between 3rd and 6th streets, NW, Washington D.C.
This year, Asia Heritage Foundation (AHF), in cooperation with the DC Mayor’s Office of Asia-Pacific Islander Affairs, Cultural Tourism DC, DC Commission on the Arts, and with Partners, Migrant Heritage Commission (MHC), Center for Peace, Hung Tao Choy Mei and Eastmark International U.S.A, brings the annual street festival on May 12 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Te 2007 street fair , which is FREE and OPEN to the PUBLIC, offers vibrant and colorful facets of the Asian cultures and heritage with an array of exotic Asian dances, martial arts, delectable Asian cuisines, unique arts and craft displays, a wide variety of Asian products and services, an exciting parade and a melange of the traditional and contemporary/modern/pop Asian performers.
