Police have uncovered a possible love triangle as they pieced together the last hours of Quezon province congressional candidate Vicente Rabaya Jr. before he was shot at close range inside a sport utility vehicle parked on Katipunan Road in Quezon City. Investigators learned that the 43-year-old Rabaya, Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC) congressional candidate for the 4th district of Quezon, was last seen leaving the house of a woman friend on Bulacan Street in West Triangle subdivision, Quezon City, at about 10 p.m, two and a half hours before he was found slumped in the front passenger seat of the rented SUV near the White Plains subdivision, with bullet wounds in his face and abdomen.
