Mindanao for its role in empowering communities. Lihok bested four other finalists in the 3rd Triennial Awards organized by the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation
Inc. (Rafi). Mayor Ramon Piang Sr. of Upi town in Maguindanao was also recognized as the most outstanding individual in the search, for being a good
model in good governance and transparency.
